I love warm cookies these incredible gluten-free cookies are superb, they deserve the national cookie blue ribbon.
I was never much of a Snickerdoodles fan until I tried these. They were so easy to make, soft and chewy I make these gluten-free cookies all the time. We try to stay away from sweets but it’s really hard and with all the vegan gluten-free cookies offered nowadays, it’s even harder. At least, when you make your own foods you at least know most of what is going in your body vegan or not.
A tip I have is that I have used this gluten free flour mix and everything comes out extra fluffy and not gritty. I DO NOT like Pillsbury Gluten Free flour it is very gritty.
DO NOT OVERBAKE these bad boys they will get crunchy the longer they cook.
I can’t really give you an estimate on how many cookies this bakes because we eat too much dough but the dough is fabulous! The cookies are good also 😉
The great thing about these cookies is that they are vegan also so if you do happen to eat the dough raw it is ok it doesn’t hurt you. I actually one day I made these as cookie dough bites they were so yummy 😉
I love vegan cookies I make these awesome chocolate chip oatmeal cookies you should try. Those cookies are even good cold, yes cold that is a good cookie. I love soft warm cookies, so thats saying a lot if I’ll eat them the next day. If you subscribe to my blog you won’t miss the next post, maybe it will be more cookies or something awesome 🙂
