Let’s take a trip down memory lane. Do you remember walking through a mall and smelling those amazingly ooey gooey cinnamon rolls? Since going vegan and gluten free my husband has been wanting cinnamon rolls. It’s so hard! There are so many recipes out there but trying to find one vegan and gluten free is torture. Gluten free flours are a little more difficult to work with.
I have went through so many recipes some were so dry and crumbly and some where just didn’t hold together. But the heavens opened and I found this recipe right here. It wasn’t vegan but I veganized it and it worked out perfectly.

These were so good!
I actually made these the night before put them in the pan and covered them with foil. I just pulled them out of the refrigerator and let sit for about 20 minutes. Then baked them and iced them and oh la la. Heaven in a pan. Of course they aren’t as fluffy as those ooey gooey cinnabon cinnamon rolls I eat at the mall. They are different but taste so yummy and ooey gooey just the same. Gluten free is different but just that if you don’t love it yet you will. Look at is as a new experience and you’ll never be disappointed.
